Shipping Policy
At MyFurnitureStore, we aim to process and ship your orders within 2-3 business days. We offer standard domestic shipping, with delivery typically taking 5-7 business days. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we currently do not offer international shipping. Any customs and taxes imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MyFurnitureStore. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges can be handled by returning the item and making a separate purchase.
